1.To ensure a quick pairing success, make sure the lock, phone, and gateway are positioned as close as possible when pairing them. Also, pay close attention to the blinking pattern of the indicator light on the gateway, as different patterns indicate different conditions.

2.If the USB connection of the gateway is disconnected and reconnected, it may take up to 1-2 minutes for the system to automatically reestablish the connection and complete the pairing process.

Compatibility: The gateway is compatible with smart locks that can be controlled by the DD Lock App and is suitable for all smart locks manufactured by Zowill. There is no limit to the number of door locks that can be connected to the gateway
Coveragte: 2.4G Wifi network is required for pairing. For optimal connectivity, we recommend placing the gateway no more than 32 ft (10 meters) from the smart door lock when connected. Please note that when adding a gateway, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Remotely Control From Anywhere: Once connected to the DD Lock App, the gateway enables remote unlocking, removing the limitations of Bluetooth unlocking distance.
