I heard that aristolochic acid is in ginger. Is this true and is yours safe?
Aristolochic acid is found in wild ginger. This is different from true ginger or culinary ginger, essentially the ginger that is consumable. Wild ginger is not consumable. We do not use wild ginger in our ginger supplement.
How long before I start seeing the benefits of ginger?
Like with any herbal supplement it may take weeks of consistent use before the benefits are noticeable in some people while for others it may take even longer. It depends on the person. If you are not seeing benefits right away, give the herb and your body a chance to work together.
Is this better than just eating raw ginger?
While you could eat raw ginger, supplements like these capsules offer a more concentrated dose and may be more convenient than eating ginger root directly.
